Plenty of buyers happy to snap up loose shares at these levels. So much for there being no buyers of stock. This has a feeling of manipulation to me. Anyone who wanted out today could have if they wanted. 700k of shares sold from what was that Uni 280mill. This is purely a news deprivation issue where any minor negative statement issued by the company is punished. The ato situation is a non issue really. If we can’t manage a 2 million dollar repayment plan if necessary than maybe we shouldn’t be trying to negotiate with governments and financiers at all. Simply put , there are much more important issues to address than the ato issue. We either end up paying it back or we don’t. Dilution at these levels will amount to nothing when looking back from an operating mine and EcoGraph plant in years to come.  
Management could really help investor sentiment by delivering a letter to shareholders explaining our exact position as of now. Financially,operationally and developmentally. Nice straight shooting at this point can’t hurt. 
Cant help but feel there is a plan to put in place. They would not have left a CR so late if there wasn’t.
