sirrobbo, you may or may not be aware that charts are based on somewhat historical data. In other words they are not forward looking by themselves. So for obvious reasons forward looking statements are just that forward looking and are based on the chartists opinion where in his or her opinion SP might be going. A chartist would make those statements based on his/her knowledge and experience. So seeing that we are talking about something to possible to occur in the near future, words like could, should, possibly or even probably will commonly be used, because there is simply no certainty what actually will occur!
Personally I go as far as writing what I expect to happen, however it simply my opinion and shouldn't be taken as financial advise.
If financial advise is what you are after it is as easy as contacting either your licensed broker or financial advisor who probably would be very knowledgeable about MNS and would be happy to help you out of some serious money!
