That is the location of The National Centre for Antimicrobial Stewardship (NCAS), a Centre of Research Excellence based at the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity (University of Melbourne and Royal Melbourne Hospital) within Melbourne's Parkville precinct.
Hard to imagine they don't know about this.
