IRC only had 7m in the bank Dec Q
So it would be unlikely that IRC could stump up the wearwithall to make
a purchase of that magnitude.
So I would go with the notion that it is a joint venture...they've just come
out of one.
Whatever the outcome it must be good for Focus going on the share trading.
