I really don't get what the big deal is with regards to Michelle buying 250k shares. If she participates in the DRP, which she did last year, she'll receive around 250k-280k shares depending in the DRP price. Last year she received 202k shares for participating in the DRP and then also this 40k purchase on market. So if she participates in the DRP again this year she'll have gained approx 500k shares over the last 12M yet everyone on here seems to be bitching about this 250k. Michelle and Dean also own approx 20% of the company between them so surely we're not questioning their "skin in the game?" 

I really don't get what all the fuss is about especially when MFD is significantly undervalued compared to the other listed childcare operators and that what's actually worth discussing.
