In my opnion Dom tried to catch this dying wave by buying Track's direct billing relationships with international telcos. Unfortunately that didnt work out. Cost $25 million or so in shareholder funds, in my estimate. dyor.
Hopefully this pivot to influencers does better. And hopefully this post doesn't get modded too soon.
I don't think Track had any direct billing relationships with telcos. There is still value for Direct billing telco (support on marketing) but anyone can now get a deal with an aggregator in any market (fortumo).
