but to answer your question - the market will increasingly flip to fundamental valuations if they think a) a company wont reach breakeven and or has to dilute further or b) if global market risk appetite shifts down
its basic - the more the market mistrusts either mgt or overall mrkt the lower the comfort it will have with pricing future earnings.
re BUD it certainly wont believe the standalone breakeven forecast for the original BUD book of business until proven. whether investors think differently about LiFX we'll see after the deal has been cemented
we wont see a 'real' pricing of the stock until about April I expect
