Hey Benson, as you know, I tend not to judge past performance with future performance. As I've said, the industrial saying is " Past performance is not indicative of future performance." Although, I believe in "Those that don't learn from history will repeat it." I really hope TLS/Penn/Chair will learn from history and repeat it.
PS: as an example. Saw this on SMH today. Well, at least we might not have much greenie left after this. Now if only someone is courageous enough to repeal section 140A of the commonwealth environmental and biodiversity act of 1999
