Mgmt. are taking 600k in salary with the MD taking 243k!! (that's insane)....that's where your CR's are going.
They had the gull to give themselves raises in 2018 also!!
Still SH could have stopped it all at the voting but they passed everything.
Can't blame mgmt. if SH are letting them do it.
