I think it suits Merlin Management just fine to be in suspension while we are in the wet season and nothing much happening.  ASX simply don't care and management don't care.  Shareholders are just pawns in the game.  I see this playing out as on relisting the convertible notes are converted at low SP, then mining ramps up big time, announcements flow and the Gutnick's get rich(er).... that is their plan.
