Wow, i feel quite stupid. I never even considered a partnership would include a % stake in WBT giving shares. I guess i only saw it as a revenue/R&D share with the finished product being supplied to the partner at a considerably reduced price.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I'm keen to see what the partnership terms are. I think i may be rethinking my view on consolidation.
