JB. I think a smart buyer who wants to accumulate simply sits on the market price. At this level its so cheap and with willing lambs coming through the slaughter gates, why bother to muck with that price (6.5c). Over 1m shares in two days! Cheap as chips......any decent announcement will rocket the price upwards. easy money IMO.
I know different investors have different time lines etc, cash flow issues, but we are seeing some doubters or cash flow issue investors dropping stock left right and centre. Why? Bored maybe or world is coming to end - who knows. But its like the Sage of Omaha says "the stock market is a device for transferring money from the impatient to the patient." Ive seen it happen time and time again, DYOR, be confident in the story, concrete your investment with an understanding of good management, and go for it! 
Something is going to happen.... and soon IMO.
