I don't know what AVQ board want to achieve with those civil cases, judicial reviews and demands. The main point is that Letters of Intend were expired beacuse AVQ was not in postion to provide Surface Access Agrements with landowners. Mines and MMB are working straight according to Mines and Mineral Act 1990. All landowners consents have to been proof by government officers. No one need next long year court case. AVQ borad haveto understand after so many years in Solomons.
