I said *the* shareholders, not me as a shareholder. That includes the current lenders, CR investors, potential cornerstone investors, potential lenders, etc., and it also happens to include all (most?) of us here, and we of all people should be concerned about whether or not decisions are being made in our interests.
I think 1c is an absurd prediction for the SP but how appealing is VEC really going to be if their strategy is to pay everyone in shares, then keep them uninformed and constantly misstep to disrupt the share price, while making sure they collect their bonuses and funnel shares to everyone new who gets involved?
That tranche 1 distribution (at 2.2c) to the lenders effectively had ~25% of its value wiped to 1.8c almost immediately (from the declation point) through the unannounced CR. Are CRs unusual in this space? No. Will the price recover quickly? Most likely. Would you be thrilled as a lender? I wouldn't be. Do shareholders matter? They should, especially if your strategy is to make everyone shareholders.
By all means, tell me to sell if I'm not happy. I would love to, but let me remind you that all of this happened *after* trading was suspended, and is still currently suspended.
I stand by my original assertion: there'd better be some great news attached or we're all about to end up in a blender.
