I did not say he is not achieved anything. My point, which seems lost on you, is lateness with the big ticket items; those which, imo, are catalysts for a rerate. Have you ever seen a rerate on an Environmental Study?
Is the SP at the lows because of the missed big ticket items or another reason?
The "shoe-string budget" you refer to has $425k attributed to one resource. Could this money have been better spent else where to hit the important milestones? The milestones set and communicated by Peter.
You avoided my question: does a remuneration package double that of peers, relative to MC and resource size represent good value?
