1 That's a very nice asset imo and I'm not real sure what may happen. Personally I hope they keep. I expect the focus will be on a plant to process the gold resources. Maybe the plan could be to sell it to fund the plant. Could be worth a good bit if silver heads north.
2 EGS it would be from the date the JV was finalized not the initial announcement so I think it might be 1st June worth checking.
