slide 11 VIP to read by all shareholders - so AFTER DIA - min 9months max 18months to gain remander of permits AND U KNOW history will tell u that 18months is probably the real minimum -
so conclusion 2yrs away from commencement of construction!!!! - holey s**t - groundhog day indeed - what a complete stuff up - why would u ever want to do business in spain???
been following this for so long and had nibbles at times and sold back out each time over last 2 yrs - will continue to keep an ye on them but gee never seen anything like this in 30yrs of share interest.
