NTU are in a position that without funding they are in deep siht.  You don't have to believe me, you can read it for yourself in their ASX Announcements. Good place to start is the current Quarterly Cashflow Report and  also their last Annual Report, under "Financial Position and Going Concern"

Fact:1 - NTU have said that for the group to continue as a going concern the have to raise funds! 
Fact:2 - To date they have not progressed very well in this pursuit.
 
There are those on this thread that would have you believe that all is fine, and for some reason bring no substance to the discussion.  I myself prefer to read and listen to what NTU are disclosing in their announcements.  And from what I read it is along way from being fine! 
Beware of the faceless chanter. 

A company that relies on constant finance to keep it afloat is definitely not a viable one!

What have the ATO actually told NTU in relation to their R&D tax offset rebate? 
What are the sticking point/s as to why no return has been seen?
