I just sent 4DS a mail enquiring on the testing remaining and a possible time frame. Will report back here once I receive a reply however as far as I understand as per the article below, all tests passed pre-wafer production with the memory retention having not been commented on. One would believe though if the wafer's have been produced that all the tests pre-wafer production had passed. Now just time to carry out the tests on the wafer I would believe.
