This province is not far from a regional city called Vinh (I lived/worked near here about 15 years ago) which has a bit of industry. The location of this Thach Khe province appears close to a bay so may be well suited for bulk materials handling. Have to wonder, and I'd love to be proven right here, if the TNG team in the background are doing some serious market research & have identified countries where their domestic Iron Ore industry has significant potential, a massive market, but a myriad of issues which a turn key, guaranteed TIVAN processing plant has the potential to solve.
It looks like that for India & a cursory look at Vietnam's Iron Ore/Steel making industry seems to be headed down the same road.
