agree totally here oldtimer bet the key question remains is he the best. 
You see having an $8 million bonus tied to market cap is thwarted with danger if he just gets the dollar signs in the eyes. Why? Because you can lift market cap real easily by just executing further cap raises with little regard for SP. 
If on the other hand BM can lift MC without a further Cap raise then yeah he’s the best and deserves his pay packet.
