Well he’s been richly rewarded with an almost doubling of his long term incentive package and a halving of the performance needed to get his first tranche. Added to this a US $270k PA salary. If the MC reaches 200 million in the next two years ( which I think it will) BM is set to pocket a handsome AU $8.4 million. Not quite fat cat territory of the banks but a lot for a small company. Good luck to the board and shareholders alike. Good news flow to come and if they can manage the growth from now without another cap raise they will have earned their bonuses.
