I just would like to know if anyone has had the time to reflect on resolution 7 of the " notice of general meeting"
looks like at least 100,000,000 sh issued to the back slappers @ 1.4, to be issued 3 months after the meeting, up to a maximum of 300,000,000m sh @"  80% of the average  price of the companies shares as traded on ASX over 5 day period on which sales in the companys shares are recorded preceding the date of issue of the prospectus "

My apologies if this has already been thrashed out, just interested in peoples thoughts, if any.......

My take, management need to giddy up and blow us away with some great news and get this SP elevated pronto, but I may have that all wrong, its not my strong suit reading all these resolutions and disclosures, so I am sure there are smarter heads who could provide a quick explanation........
