so NOW we have 2 battles to fight. One our case and the other a corrupt system that is supposed to be totally clean and NOT corruptible my political pressure ect. We have to be very careful in that insinuation. These are the highest courts and must be relied upon to be totally impartial and away from labours sticky fingers!

I am confident if we have full panel and explain the whole picture and all facets, we can get a fair hearing and if the scales are unbalanced, will be corrected. Our claim for a few Billion? Thats a lot on lost earnings on bunch of unproven wells so i dont envy their calculation to come to an a FAIR amount. They might HAVE to use a set calculation and we may only get a small amount- so am ready for that too. This is the "peoples" money, so is tricky to predict what will happen..
Anyway If you are right and LKO has a strong set of lawyers, then they might award 100 Million. Thats a LOT of money and would allow us to buy up established working wells as i'm bit worried that our wells might end up all duds - just wishing for something to be true/good, dosent make it so.eg Faith vs fact- haha
Bans or not, decades and zero on everything so far for this struggling company- We need cash and a new direction or we will just struggle endlessly as a small fry.
