I think you are spot on there @RoadrunnerSP1 - and I think the process has already stared with respect to the retrospective cleanup of the VIC HC forum in regards the many slanderous and defamatory comments posted. Check it out - its gone all the way back. Wonder if the new BOD has had a hand in this as well. After all , the tidy up has to start somewhere.....
