it seems that the directors see that event as merely a minor hiccup along the way to proving commercial success. They didn't regard it as material to the company's worth, and not detrimental to the final outcome. That is a positive. Still - it would have been nice to know at the time, just so that insiders don't get an unfair advantage over us mugs in the dark.
