    What are peoples view on fair value here? Have done done reading of previous announcements but not a lot of chatter in the threads to help point me towards obvious things

    Bank announcement seems big.... but price actions seems off, some distribution perhaps or simply people stuck at the low price and looking to offload?

    will keep digging but looks interesting so far.
