I heard it was fully underwritten with a tiny discount to other parties looking to join in, maybe the underwriter pulled out due to the market conditions ? I think the recent CR was the big indication that the AIM was going to be held up.
Who knows, maybe FGR couldn't get enough support from the London investors.
Off topic, did you see what has happened with CAS,
that has been a total mess, take over target, offer 18c per share,
that didn't happen, then the SP dropped to 8c,
AIM listing, which pushed the SP lower, AIM was delayed SP dropped again,
Couldn't raise on AIM as the broker left them,
Suspended from trading,
Now they have no cash - Gregs Chairman is now coming to the rescue again with more $$$,
raising at something like 1c per share and now delisting from AIM.
a AIM success story.
