So, lets recap:

Comp Secretary = Gone
BOD = Gone 
All links to HDY = Broken 
Status = Sudpended (watch this space) 
SP = 0.05 (expect a dip short term) 
Sentiment = subdued (watch this space) 
Cash = ~$78K (this is an issue) 

Next 2 weeks will be telling, new BOD are members of other companies. So, it will be interesting to see how quickly things move and in which direction. Explorations or firesale and shut up shop. 

Also love to know how many shares friends of the out  going board hold. If zero we are dead, if millions! This could be a wild ride. And yes 100% speculation, just a veiw.
