Been flat out but can't take much from 4c apart from it looks like a shell with 6 months worth of cash on hand and no real active business.
Fairly heavy corporate costs for the quarter but that is coming down and running at a fairly low cost base.... From website: "REFFIND is looking to grow its portfolio of products through acquisitions based on market data, and will target opportunities in the fast growth ASEAN / APAC regions" so I expect a focus on this with what limited resource they have.... Unsure of Loyyal biz model and the engagement of Loyalty Co as from what i can gather its all concept base, non revenue generating, long lead time fairy stuff at this stage..... so can't comment on that or what RFN could get for their equity in this market and/or if it is worth keeping or farming out but if it is supposed to supplement / help Wooboard doesn't look like it is working. $34K a quarter for a product that has been in market a while is not being marketed or sold correctly or product has no genuine value - Pretty simple.
Let's see what happens.....
