lol i really must be on a lot of ignore lists,Ash,as posted maybe a week ago,i said there is a non compete clause in the nbn agreement.
This time i'll type in a reference the australian 'non compete clause exposes flaws of nbn'. 25/6/11.

tls can not promote/advertise wireless services as a substitute for fibre based services'.

That does not mean tls can't promote ALL the benefits of its mobile network and developing 5g network.
So for me the clause is there so suck it up,but by the time tls promotes all the benefits of its superior 5g/4glte network,plus apps,services,content and the iot's even me with little technology interest would understand i can have a 'mobile only' home/business which will not require nbn.And would chose tls over optus.imo only tls will not lose any market share because of the stupid illegal clause that the accc choses to ignore.
Conroys justification,its a commercial decision because of the long term lease agreement.
