Exactly what I said drifta, the $500K was a bit of a life-saver.  Sorry you have comprehension issues.  I have no intention of selling but thank you for your sage advice.  As for complaining I am not complaining.  Possibly unlike you I am interested in evaluating my investment critically and particularly very importantly always reviewing the monetary status of my speculative investment.  Dilution of shares is the BIGGEST risk in speculative investing.  Early investors can lose money even in eventual successful companies if dilution is not controlled.  Personally I am not really that concerned as Schwanny has shown in the past to be very astute in limiting dilution but that doesn't mean one should stick their head int he sand and ignore the potential for further CRs.  Oh yeah .
