According to Goldman's, they don't anticipate a structural shift. Inventories on wharfs in China from Vale are apparently just sitting there waiting to be bought. Though they do say over 2 quarters other producers should see a boost in sales, potentially a ore price increase. But there's so much capacity in the market, any hole will be plugged quickly.
