BCI is not an active producer of IO and only receives royalty from MIN. There is not much point compare GRR with BCI.
Moreover, GRR has an active production site but a market capital supported only by its cash asset. BCI only has 2/3 of the market capital backed by the cash reserve. In this way, I think this means BCI even receive a higher price in the market?
