nro you could always elaborate as to what you believe is going on out there in the Tanami Desert, you could add some color to the thread and maybe shed some light as to your opinion. 

The way I see it is that NTU financially are bleeding majorly.
Lots of smoke and mirrors with the 14 new resolutions that they would like shareholders to pass to further dilute their holdings %.
The plant so far has produced < 1% of their output target.
What is really going on behind closed doors in relation to the R&D rebate?  
How many $'s are in dispute here?

 The above wasn't inserted into the last annual report, in bold.  I wonder if NTU were assuming that there claim could come under the microscope/scrutiny.

24/08/17 Construction of the facility will commence soon.
IMO The way NTU have published this in their New York and Europe roadshow presentation is outright deceitful.
"Northern Minerals has partnered with The Wunan Foundation for the establishment of an $8.1 million indigenous training-to-work-facility at Browns Range."  
Has their onsite training classroom been built yet? Not that I know of. The last from the annual I read was,  "The T2W Facility is expected to be constructed in late 2018"
If the above grantee fails to comply with obligations under the agreement, it can be asked that money/s be returned.
