Heed the warnings.....There will be no financing of this mine unless it has 100% private financing and 100% export sales. Eskom will not be participating in any agreements until it reschedules it’s massive $30 Billion USA dollar debt. The South African government can’t even bailout its own power company. This deal is dead in the water. Do your own research and this is only my opinion.
Sunny South Africa, has some of the best Top quality Vanadium in the world. It’s going to be wind...solar... and battery power in the near future. 
Electricity is so expensive from Eskom in South Africa that the government published an article last week stating that prices can’t be increased and that it cannot afford to bail their power company out of their $30 Billion USA dollar debt. That’s probably why RES has started having their staff resign and obviously they won’t replace them. Good luck to all shareholders.
