Spin off is a bad decision.
Announcing buyback and stop executing it without any reason is another bad decision.
If low volume could reduce the share price, it is a bad news since nobody is interested in this stock.
No many posters in this forum are also a bad sign.
Management needs to restore investors' confidence.
