in the release re the fgf investment it Says subject to a successful chapter 11 submission. Usually the Asx wants compliance with 1&2 if you are essentially a Shell changing business activities. Given they are a Shell... and chapter 11 shows it’s a significant change of business activity, you would assume it will be required imo
