In Qld, car and light truck registrations are just under 1 per person of drivable age. Two cars per household is the average, but a block of 300 units is 300 households. Even if they only have 300 cars, spreading the other 300 amongst the suburbs, that’s a huge load on the unit’s local grid.

jant would this make you happy, when grid levels get up too high then the Tesla switches over to an inverter and powers the house until loads drop back . Go on mate you know you love it.
