That is reasonable, but as in an earlier post. Is it safe to assume the higher flow flare is only because T3 is expected to have a higher flow. There may be other reasons to have one higher flow flare amongst the 3, such as a plan to tie all three wells into 1 flare at a later date. At this stage I don't read to much into the specific flare selection for T3, we just don't have enough info.
All the same I really do hope Tam 3 is a better well. Its design is different with 4 fracture stages, 15% more frack fluid and interestingly 77% more proppant. Indicating the fracture surface area will be marginally larger, but the fractures will have better propping. However there is a downside, push the frack too far and you get Tam 1 and its water problems
It makes sense to trial different options, its a learning curve but as always the proof of design improvement, or not will be in the flow test results.
