In a buyout scenario, wouldn’t a company base their offer onthe potential income that can be made with this tech rather than the share priceat the time?
I ask this question because I recall reading someone’scomment that an offer is partially linked to the share price.
I would imagine 4DS would already have been approached withexpressions of interest, based on the tech being successful, without muchthought to the current share price.
I’m very much an old newbie, so please excuse my ignorance.
