And just poke the beast so to speak. I don't currently think a change in the board will be productive.

Here's why.

They have created such a mess, that any contenders will be of the same breed. Maybe worse. Also it would quite hard to unravel the mess not knowing how it's created. There is a saying - how to become a millionaire? Get on the board of a junior miner. We have had a gutful of this type of director. I think this Dane guy might be a great asset, time will tell. I think having another or replacing a current member of the board with someone with a bit more experience in the field would be good. But failing that, I think it's something that would be great to have happened 6 months ago or something to be considered very hard once the company is more stable.
