Eddy actually you are right about the 75%. Although this seems to refer to the less than 1,000tpa volume.
Looking at what you posted from the MD’s presentation at the AGM.
’50% (with right to increase to 75% of first 1,000TPA and100% above 1,000TPA)’
This refers to the Up to 1,000tpa profit share, I only used a 50% profit share for NVX in my calcs. I need to lift it to 75% and repost. Thanks for that. This adds approximately $5m profit for NVX from the initial $10million up to 1,000tpa.
Above 1,000tpa, definitely rises to 100% profit share for NVx.
An excellent decision by the company to take up this Call Option.
