To develop congas you need a market, it looks like Bru missed the boat big time with the local market. They could have piped gas across to Sheffield. The silly story you can’t run gas turbines on raw gas gob smacked me, I really wonder if people realise all offshore facilities run their gas turbines on raw gas, diesel and or crude, yes some machine have been set up to run on 3 different fuels.
Maybe reading the GE gas turbine manual is an eye opener for some gurus, but it explains that your raw gas fuel gas has to be heated by 50F to avoid liquid drop out, further the use of a fuel gas scrubber is a must. Better leave it at that. Have a nice Australia Day.
