#16 of the share purchase plan offer document states a "maximum of 60,000 shares will be issued pursuant to the offer"
I suppose you multiply that by the amount of company shareholders and you get the total amount of shares that are available for the SPP.
Not that it will get any where near that because why would any sane individual pay 25 cents when their fill could be had for 22-23 or 24 cents.
