Because it's a pointless report, that tells us absolutely nothing new, people don't want to see the same regurgitation anymore, people want to see we have a farmin offer (as indicated by close of 2018), now it could be the end of March 2019, if our farm out is so attractive i'd expect an offer especially if these interested parties know others are looking.
