In 2 years time either this company is an enormous success in which case management deserve the reward for effort. To get there means they will take all LT holders with them. If it fails they have to wait 2 years to claim an abandoned shell and have a tough time selling such volume on market.
I’m pretty sure they, like us, want their big reward!!
