a&d, surely the Gov't. cannot sit on this indefinitely - 3 1/2 years - ultimately some-one must be held to accountable. If the person(s) in charge is/are not performing why can't the BOD appeal against their lack of action? Meanwhile the Company's funds keep evaporating.
