    I suspect this has got all mixed because of too much happening
    at once........
    I also suspect Mod knew of SFR interest and protected themselves
    with this placement/CR which effectively means Sfr offering 38c
    for a company trading at circa 33c.....
    I cannot see that working, I would have thought they'll have to up
    the ante to circa 52-55c.....
    we'll see if SFR are fair dinkum.....
