It wasn't my intention to disrespect the hard work and talent of the staff and quality of the technology at 3dp, but to be realistic about their current financial position, client base and income. They don't eat much, but they don't have much in the larder or much coming in the door. Building the client base and recurrent revenue takes time and money.
I'm interested to hear from others how well our tech is protected, and the capacity for competitors to move into this space.
Nea in its former incarnation was expert at IP protection/litigation yet Spookfish still got through with similar tech and have been bought out by a more robust competitor.
I'm long too, but I like to revisit my decisions and hear and challenge both positive and negative views.
